Privacy
What this system holds, and who can see it.
This page still needs RECF's own privacy wording. What follows describes how the system actually
behaves, so whoever writes that wording has something accurate to start from.
What is stored
Grant applications and the contact details on them, the organizations and teams they concern, the documents uploaded in support, and a record of every status change and payment.
Restricted documents
A W-9 is visible only to the Grant Administrator, the Grant Director and accounting. Everybody else can see that one was received and whether it was approved, but not its contents.
Demographic information
Where student demographic criteria are collected, they are marked hidden and are not shown on any screen, public page or report.
Audit trail
Changes that carry money or status are recorded with who made them and when. The trail is append-only and is retained for compliance.
